TERMS AND CONDITIONS – KAP TRAVEL / CAGADIR CONCIERGERIE SARL

  1. Purpose These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made through the Kap Travel / Cagadir Conciergerie SARL website. They set out the rights and obligations of both parties and ensure secure, reliable, and transparent services for all clients.
  2. Role of Kap Travel Kap Travel serves as the main point of contact for all communications, bookings, and coordination of your stay. All services, including accommodation, activities, transport, and guides, are provided by independent third-party local suppliers. Kap Travel facilitates your experience and ensures smooth coordination but does not provide the services directly.
  3. Booking and Payment
  • All bookings must be made through the website.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
  • Final payments can be processed online via our secure payment system.
  • Customers must provide complete and accurate information at the time of booking.
  • Confirmation of the booking occurs only after receipt of payment.
  1. Cancellation and Modification Policy
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Any modification or cancellation must be submitted in writing to cagadirtravel@gmail.com.
  • Kap Travel reserves the right to refuse modifications if they cannot be accommodated by third-party suppliers.
  • Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including personal emergencies, travel restrictions, or force majeure.
  1. Liability
  • Kap Travel cannot be held responsible for the direct performance or failure of services provided by third-party suppliers, including accommodations, activities, transport, or guides.
  • Kap Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by suppliers or external circumstances (e.g., weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events).
  • Clients are fully responsible for their travel documents, visas, and personal travel insurance.
  • Kap Travel’s liability is limited to facilitating communication and coordination; under no circumstances shall Kap Travel be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  1. Data Protection and Privacy
  • Personal data collected is used exclusively for processing bookings and improving client experience.
  • Data will not be shared with third parties not directly involved in providing the booked services.
  • Clients may access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the Kap Travel / Cagadir Conciergerie website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Kap Travel and protected by copyright.
  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  1. Force Majeure Kap Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political instability, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
